What is a part-time Finance Director and do I need one?
A part-time or ‘virtual’ FD gives you the financial leadership of an experienced Finance Director without the full-time salary cost. This typically suits businesses with turnover of €1m–€20m that need strategic financial guidance, better reporting and challenge at board level, but can’t yet justify a full-time hire. We act in this capacity for many of our clients.
